When will I receive my order?
Your goodies are shipped from Baton Rouge, Louisiana via USPS First Class or Priority Mail. In addition to shipping addictively unique bows to our 80+ retailers across the country, we will ship your adorable bows as soon as possible too. Please keep in mind we make, hand paint and hand glue crystals to hundreds of bows weekly for our retailers and website orders. The only bows we keep stocked are our solid, basic bows because of all the endless possibilities and customization options we offer. All other bows (even the ones pictured on our site) are hand painted and crystaled to order - one by one - not in stock. We’ll send you an email when your box is on its way so you can track its every move. Be sure to check your spam/junk folder since sometimes these emails get filtered. *Free Shipping promotions only include the products totaled before taxes/fees/shipping charges.
Please remember unless you ordered only solid bows, we are making your bows - to order - and it takes a little extra time to get them all pretty for you. On average, your order may ship at least 2+ weeks after you place it - especially during peak seasons, (Valentine's Day, Mardi Gras, Easter, Sales Events/Promos, Back-to-School, Fall/Christmas, etc.) We want you to receive your bows quickly too. If you need your bows for an event, please mention your deadline in the Special Instructions/Comments section of your order, shoot us an email or message us on our social media accounts so we can talk about your deadline. If we have any questions, including creative ideas and/or shipping concerns, we'll contact you. Meanwhile, as you wait for your awesome order to arrive, check out our retailers to see if they might have a bow in stock that she could wear right away. Search our social media for photos and tags (@twosistersbows, #twosistersbows) and you might find the bow you need at a retailer that can ship to you right away.
Exchanges/Quality Guarantee
We’re hoping you’ll just love everything you receive in your box. If you have any questions, please call us at (225) 202-7624 or email us at sales@twosistersbows.com within 5 days of receipt of your order. Custom orders, such as build-a-bow designs and special orders (unless it's our fault), are final sale and do not qualify for exchange. Non-custom bows such as solids, double ribbon, and crystal bows can be exchanged for a different size only and not for a different crystal or ribbon color. Additional charges for return shipping or an increase/decrease in bow size will be issued through a PayPal invoice. Please double check your sizes and designs before placing your order. Please allow in your deadline, enough time for us to hand create your order and ship it to you. We are not responsible for delays due to shipping and the carrier delivering your order (USPS or UPS). Refunds or credits on credit cards or PayPal are not issued. If the exchange is not acceptable (see below) then the bow(s) will be shipped back at your expense.
Steps to Exchange Items:
Please call or email us to get any missing paperwork you need and/or special instructions. Be sure to have your receipt (order number and the name your order is under) handy when you call/email. (225) 202-7624 or sales@twosistersbows.com.
Only items in perfect condition with all tags/cards intact, all parts included, and that have never been worn will be accepted for exchange.
Shipping back and forth for exchanges will be paid by the customer.
Clearance, promotional, discounted, custom, hand painted, and build-a-bow items are considered a final sale.
From personal experience, our Two Sisters wore the tar out of their bows. We hope your princess will do the same. Years ago we chose to use non-toxic paint and glue to create our bows because we can't imagine using anything else on a small child's head. With that said, sometimes a lot of love can weaken the glue around the barrettes/alligator clips, wear off the paint, or loosen crystals with normal wear. If that happens to any of our bows, please contact us to coordinate a 'spa-day'. Once we receive your thoroughly loved bow, we'll quickly touch up paint, replace missing crystals, fix loose/broken/missing barrette or alligator clippie and ship it back to you ASAP for FREE. Our bows are an investment. They are designed to be unique pieces of hand painted artwork, passed down to little sisters, cousins or friends and treasured as keepsakes.
Back Ordered Items/Out of Stock
Since we offer customization on every bow, we do not stock hand painted designs. We only stock our basics/solids and then hand paint or add crystals to order. If you’ve purchased an item that has recently sold out before our inventory has updated, it is due to ribbon availability. We will contact you and come up with a solution for everyone.
Sales Tax
If you unfortunately live outside our beautiful State of Louisiana, your purchases are tax free until they tell us otherwise. If you’re lucky enough to live in the Sportsman’s Paradise, then you’ll notice a 4.5% State Sales Tax added to your order.

These days you can’t be too sure about privacy protection on the internet. That’s why we have jumped through hoops and practically hired an army to protect your information from being compromised. Our online store only processes purchases through a professional and highly secure check out. A good practice when shopping online is to be sure to check the website address in your browser before you checkout. Be sure the address starts with https: before your check out begins. The (s) at the end of https: lets you know your information is being transferred across a secure site. Never ever will your contact information or credit card/payment information be stored, sold or distributed.
Item Descriptions
Wouldn’t it be great if colors on everyone’s computer monitors/phones, etc. looked just like the colors in all of our product pictures? And wouldn't it be great if we were all professional photographers? Well, since colors can be a little tricky to portray online and it takes hours to edit the perfect pictures - even for professional photographers (which I think I hinted that we are not, lol), we try to describe our items the best we can to you. So unfortunately we can’t guarantee that the paint and ribbon colors , textures, designs and details are the exact same that you see on your phone or in real life. And since each hand painted bow is just that - hand painted and not heat stamped/mass produced - you've got yourself a one-of-a-kind piece of artwork right there.

Remember if using PayPal, we will ship to the address associated with your PayPal account. If we're shipping to a different address or your order is a gift, please make a note in the Comments section at checkout so we can mail it to the correct address or mask the prices in your shipping receipt.
