Your goodies are shipped from Baton Rouge, Louisiana via USPS First Class or Priority Mail. In addition to shipping addictively unique bows to our 120+ retailers across the country, we will ship your adorable bows as soon as possible too. Please keep in mind we make, hand paint, hand glue crystals and embroider/monogram hundreds of bows weekly for our retail customers and website orders. The only bows we stock are our solid, basic bows. All other bows (even the ones pictured on our site) are hand painted, crystaled and monogrammed to order. We’ll send you an email when your box is on its way so you can track its every move. Be sure to check your spam/junk folder since sometimes these emails get filtered. Please remember unless you ordered only solid bows, we are making your bows - to order - and it takes a little extra time to get them all pretty for you. On average, expect your order to ship at least 2+ weeks after placing your order - especially during peak seasons, (Valentine's Day, Mardi Gras, Easter, Sales Events/Promos, Back-to-School, Fall/Christmas, etc.) However, we want you to receive your bows quickly too. If you need your bows for an event, please mention your deadline in the Special Instructions/Comments section of your order or shoot us an email/social media direct message and let's talk about your deadline. If we have any questions, including creative ideas and/or shipping concerns, we'll contact you. Meanwhile, as you wait for your awesome order to arrive, check out our retailers to see if they might have a bow in stock that she could wear right away. Search our social media for photos and tags (@twosistersbows, #twosistersbows) and you might find the bow you need at a retailer that can ship to you right away.
We’re hoping you’ll just love everything you receive in your box. If you have any questions, please call us at (225) 202-7624 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 5 days of receipt of your order. Custom orders, such as build-a-bow designs, special orders and monogramming (unless it's our fault), are final sale and do not qualify for exchange. Non-custom bows such as solids, double ribbon, and crystal bows can be exchanged for a different size only and not for a different crystal or ribbon color. Additional charges for return shipping or an increase/decrease in bow size will be issued through a PayPal invoice. Please double check your sizes, design and monogramming before placing your order. Please allow in your deadline, enough time for us to hand create your order and ship it to you. We are not responsible for delays due to shipping and the carrier delivering your order (USPS or UPS). Refunds or credits on credit cards or PayPal are not issued. If the exchange is not acceptable (see below) then the bow(s) will be shipped back at your expense.
Steps to Exchange Items:
Please call or email us to get any missing paperwork you need and/or special instructions. Be sure to have your receipt (order number and name the order is under) handy when you call/email. (225) 202-7624 or email@example.com.
Only items in perfect condition with all tags/cards intact, all parts included, and that have never been worn will be accepted for exchange.
Shipping back and forth for exchanges will be paid by the customer.
Clearance, promotional, discounted, custom, hand painted, and build-a-bow items are considered a final sale.
Back Ordered Items/Out of Stock
Sometimes the popularity of items can make it difficult to keep them in stock. If you’ve purchased an item that has recently sold out before our inventory has updated, we will contact you and come up with a solution for everyone.
If you unfortunately live outside our beautiful State of Louisiana, your purchases are tax free until they tell us otherwise. If you’re lucky enough to live in the Sportsman’s Paradise, then you’ll notice a 4.5% State Sales Tax added to your order.
These days you can’t be too sure about privacy protection on the internet. That’s why we have jumped through hoops and practically hired an army to protect your information from being compromised. Our online store only processes purchases through a professional and highly secure check out. Wouldn’t it be great if colors on everyone’s computer monitors looked just like the colors in all the product pictures? Well, since colors can be a little tricky to portray online, we spend hours coming up with the best way to describe our items to you. So unfortunately we can’t guarantee that the colors in our pictures are the exact same colors, textures, or details you see in your monitor or in real life. And since each hand painted bow is just that - hand painted and not heat stamped or mass produced - you've got yourself a one-of-a-kind piece of artwork right there.

Remember if using PayPal, we will ship to the address associated with your PayPal account. If we're shipping to a different address or your order is a gift, please make a note in the Comments section at checkout so we can mail it to the correct address or mask the prices in your shipping receipt.
